Gratitude

One way to re-establish emotional equilibrium in our lives is by focusing on gratitude. The more unsettled we feel, the more helpful this is. We are not hapless victims of whatever turmoil and drama may be swirling about us. We can change our perspective, achieve more balance in our lives and re-center ourselves by focusing on what we're grateful for - the little things especially - even if only briefly.
